Neurological physiotherapy

This specialised service is for adults and young people following stroke, head injury or onset of any neurological symptoms. Treatment for people with other conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease is available. The aim is to facilitate and normalise movement and posture allowing the highest possible independence to be achieved.

Children’s (Paediatric) Physiotherapy

Assessment and treatment for all aspects of developmental delay, dyspraxia, specific syndromes or conditions such as Cerebral Palsy.

Post surgical

All spinal, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle surgical cases are specifically provided for by the highly experienced team.

Acupuncture

Originating from China over 4,000 years ago, the insertion of fine sterile needles into specific points on the body does promote and regulate the flow of energy (Qi). The western approach tends to think that needles do help relax tight muscles and relieve muscular aches
